The National Environment Research Council (NERC), the Medical Research Council and the Scottish Government Chief Scientist Office are investing up to £600,000 in projects to identify and fill knowledge gaps around the potential of environmental data to improve health outcomes in the UK.
A brokerage event in Edinburgh to identify projects for this call is planned for April 2016. Prospective participants will be invited to apply to attend this event. Participants will then be invited to submit full proposals for studies following the event.
The call has direct links to the Valuing Nature's Health & Wellbeing goal in which we seek to improve our understanding of the value of the UK's natural environment for human health (physical and mental) and wellbeing.
