The eLTER H2020 project Transnational Access scheme provides funds for researchers to visit selected European long-term ecosystem research sites to conduct research.The recommended framework for research themes is ecosystem/biodiversity responses to abiotic drivers, placing emphasis on climate change and nitrogen deposition. However, proposals covering other themes are also encouraged. Proposals considering socio-economic research themes are also welcomed, since several Long-Term Socio-Ecological Research platforms are included in the scheme.
