I'm a marine ecosystem modeller and I can provide a suite of modelling tool to study HABs, their habitat and the likelihood of occurrence (e.g. Glibert et al., Global Change Biology, 2014) and production of toxins from algae. I have experience also on working with socio-economist on monetary and non-monetary evaluation of HABs
