A film on the impact of the arts, artists and arts organisations in ‘remote’ places inspired by the Re-peopling Agenda in Scotland
Produced by the AALERT 4DM project and supported by VN, the film charts the stories of the Isle of Eigg and North Uist to explore what draws artists to these ‘remote’ places and how their presence and artistic practices contribute to valuing local environments and help shape landscape decisions. The film aims to open up new shared discursive spaces to generate and guide discussions on the influence of creative artistic approaches in landscape decision making more generally. Read more
