Offer:

As a land management charity, with over 60 green spaces and parks in our portfolio, our focus is very much on the importance of sustainable funding for managing green spaces long term.

Under this wider theme, we are interested in demonstrating how good quality, well managed green spaces have positive impacts on local communities, from improved health and wellbeing to local economic uplift, whilst also reducing the financial burdens on public costs, such as health and social costs.

We are wanting to build our evidence base to help demonstrate this, so that we can:

- Influence policy
- Engage with stakeholders
- Secure more green spaces and therefore have greater positive impacts on local communities.

We are keen to discuss various options with potential researchers so do please get in touch.

Placements can be based at our Head Office in Warrington or our London office. Depending on the project / applicant, we can also explore other bases in different parts of the country.
